List of movies releasing in August
August 2024 is going to be very special for cinema lovers, because this month not 1-2 but 11 amazing films are going to hit the big screen. Movies releasing on 2 August
Many great films will hit the theatres on the first weekend of August. Three Hindi films will be released on 2 August. These include Ajay Devgan-Tabu starrer ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’, Janhvi Kapoor’s spy-thriller ‘Uljh’ and Chhaya Kadam’s horror-thriller ‘Bardovi’. On 9th August, two great films will be released in theatres. Although, these are not big budget films, but they are quite popular. The first film among them is ‘Alia Basu Gayab Hai’, in which actors like Salim Diwan, Raima Sen and Vinay Pathak are in the lead roles and the second film is ‘Ghuspatia’. Urvashi Rautela, Akshay Oberoi and Vineet Kumar Singh will be seen in the lead roles in Ghuspatia.

Many big films will be in theatres on Independence Day i.e. 15th August. Not 1-2 but 5 big films are going to be released in theatres on this day. The first film among them is the horror-comedy ‘Stree 2’. The audience was waiting for a long time for this film starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi. Akshay Kumar’s ‘Khel-Khel Mein’ will also hit the theatres on the same day. Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Double Smart’ will also be released on 15th August. John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh’s ‘Vedha’ will also be released on Independence Day. Apart from this, Chiyaan Vikram’s ‘Thangalan’ will also be in theatres on 15th August.

On August 23, the fantasy-horror ‘Amigo’ will be released. On August 30, films like horror-mystery ‘Afraid’, horror-mystery and thriller ‘Dancing Village: The Curse Begins’ will be released.
