Ramita Jindal’s family said that before playing in the Paris Olympics, the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also encouraged Ramita Jindal and before playing, Ramita Jindal also met the country’s Prime Minister. In the Asian Championship held in China in 2023, Ramita Jindal became the first Indian to win two medals in the same event.
Started by making a shooting range at home
In the Asian Games in China, Ramita Jindal won silver in the 10 meter air rifle team event and bronze in the individual 10 meter air rifle. It is being told that Ramita has built a shooting range at home and she started shooting from there and often practices here.
Ramita’s father Arvind Jindal said that he is proud of his daughter. Ramita has been ahead in every field, be it studies or sports. He said that Ramita started sports from an academy in Ladwa. He said that the road used to be muddy during rainy days, but due to Ramita’s passion, she had to reach the academy by crossing the muddy road. Ramita’s mother said that she is an example for those people who consider daughters too much and kill them in the womb itself. She said that whenever Ramita goes to play, she always says that she will win a medal. Father said that he spoke to his daughter just two days ago. He said that uncle used to take her for training.
The government stopped the cash prize
It is worth noting that the Haryana state government has withheld all the cash prizes of international players for 2021. Recently, the whole matter has also been brought to the notice of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini. Ramita’s family said that there is no government shooting range for the training of players in Haryana. All shooters have to take training in private academies.
