New Delhi. On Monday, just a day before the release of the general budget, there is a decline in the prices of petrol and diesel in many cities of the country. Today, there is a decline in the prices of oil in many states of the country including UP. There is also a decline in the prices of crude oil in the global market. However, there is no change in the prices of oil in the four metros of the country even today.

According to government oil companies, petrol has become cheaper by 15 paise in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of UP and is being sold at Rs 94.66 per liter. Diesel has also fallen by 18 paise and has reached Rs 87.76 per liter. In Ghaziabad, petrol has fallen by 12 paise to Rs 94.53 and diesel has fallen by 14 paise to Rs 87.61 per liter. In Haryana’s capital Gurugram, petrol has fallen by 14 paise to Rs 94.97 per liter and diesel is being sold at Rs 87.83 per liter, cheaper by 14 paise.

Talking about crude oil, its prices have also seen a decline in the last 24 hours. The price of Brent crude has fallen to $ 83.09 per barrel. The rate of WTI has also increased to $ 80.55 per barrel.

– Petrol in Delhi is Rs 94.72 and diesel is Rs 87.62 per liter
– Petrol in Mumbai is Rs 103.44 and diesel is Rs 89.97 per liter
– Petrol in Chennai is Rs 100.76 and diesel is Rs 92.35 per liter
– Petrol in Kolkata is Rs 104.95 and diesel is Rs 91.76 per liter

Rates changed in these cities
– In Ghaziabad, petrol has become Rs 94.53 and diesel Rs 87.61 per liter.
– In Noida, petrol has become Rs 94.66 and diesel Rs 87.76 per liter.
– In Gurugram, petrol has become Rs 94.97 and diesel Rs 87.83 per liter.

New rates are released every morning at 6 am
The price of petrol and diesel changes every day at 6 am. The new rates are applicable from 6 am. After adding excise duty, dealer commission, VAT and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price becomes almost double of the original price. This is the reason why the prices of petrol and diesel appear so high.
