Inauguration of work on world’s highest tunnel
PM Modi has informed that during his visit to Ladakh, the work of the Shinkun La tunnel project will also be inaugurated. According to the information given by the Prime Minister’s Office, this tunnel project will be important to improve connectivity to Leh. It will provide all-weather connectivity in Leh. After completion of the work, Shinkun La will be the highest tunnel in the world.
What will be the schedule of PM Modi’s program?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Drass via Kargil at 9 am and will meet the soldiers till 1 pm and pay tribute at the War Memorial.
