On this occasion, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also pay tribute to the martyrs at the Kargil War Memorial in Ladakh on Friday. We will celebrate the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas this time. PM Modi said that this day is to pay tribute to all those who protect our nation. PM Modi said that I will go to the Kargil War Memorial and pay tribute to our brave heroes.

Inauguration of work on world’s highest tunnel

PM Modi has informed that during his visit to Ladakh, the work of the Shinkun La tunnel project will also be inaugurated. According to the information given by the Prime Minister’s Office, this tunnel project will be important to improve connectivity to Leh. It will provide all-weather connectivity in Leh. After completion of the work, Shinkun La will be the highest tunnel in the world.

What will be the schedule of PM Modi’s program?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Drass via Kargil at 9 am and will meet the soldiers till 1 pm and pay tribute at the War Memorial. After this, PM Modi will interact with ‘Veer Naris’ (wives of soldiers martyred in the war) and visit Veer Bhumi. After this, PM Modi will inaugurate the Shinku La tunnel digitally.
