The actor said that- ‘He never shouted at us, he never raised his hand, but his nature was such that we were afraid of him.’ He further said, ‘My parents used to fight a lot. I have seen their marriage go through a very bad phase and have spent my entire childhood listening and watching their fight. However, they both loved each other very much.’ During the same interview, Ranbir Kapoor also said that- ‘My mother always used to share her heart with me, but father never expressed his feelings in front of anyone.’ Ranbir told that when his father got cancer, all his differences with his mother ended.
