Salman Khan said- ‘My family is in danger’
On April 14, such news came out about Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, which shocked everyone. Around 5 am, firing took place outside Bhaijaan’s house Galaxy Apartment. 2 attackers came on a bike and fled after firing in the air. Since this incident, this matter has been in the news continuously. Now, recently Salman Khan has given a statement to the police on the firing incident at his house, in which he has told that his family is in danger from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
What has Salman Khan said in his statement?
In his statement to the police, Salman Khan has said that- ‘I am a film actor by profession and have been working in the film industry for the last 35 years. On many occasions, a crowd of my well-wishers and fans gather near my house Galaxy Apartment near Bandstand in Bandra, Mumbai. During this, to show my love to them, I wave my hand from the balcony of the first floor of my flat… This happens on many occasions. Also, when there is a party at my house, friends and family members, my father come, then I also spend time with them in the balcony. After work or even after jumping early in the morning, I go to the balcony to get some fresh air. I have also kept private security for myself.’
Father had received a threatening letter
In his statement, Salman Khan further said that- ‘In 2022, my father lodged a complaint at the Bandra Police Station. My father received a letter in which I and my family were threatened. This letter was kept on the bench on the other side of my apartment building.’ Apart from this, Salman said in his statement to the police that- ‘In March 2023, I received a mail from an employee of my team on my official e-mail ID, in which I and my family were threatened by Lawrence Bishnoi. Regarding this too, my team had lodged a complaint at the Bandra Police Station.
Two unknown people tried to enter the farmhouse
Salman further told how once two unknown people tried to forcefully enter his farmhouse. Salman said- ‘In January this year, two people were trying to enter my farmhouse in Panvel with fake names and identity cards. After which Panvel police registered a case against both of them. I came to know from the police that both those criminals, who tried to enter my farmhouse, are from Fazilka village in Rajasthan, which is also the village of Lawrence Bishnoi… I have asked all the people with me, my relatives, family members to always be alert… I have asked all the people with me, my relatives, family members to always be alert. I have been given Y plus security by Mumbai Police. Trained policemen, bodyguards, private security bodyguards are with me for my security cover.
Salman said Lawrence Bishnoi is a threat to the family
After this, Salman told the whole story of the day when firing took place at his house. He said that on April 14, 2024, I was sleeping when I heard a sound like firecrackers. It was 4.55 in the morning when the bodyguard told me that two people on a bike had fired a gun on the balcony of the first floor of Galaxy Apartments… Even before this, attempts have been made to harm me and my family. I have come to know that Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for this attack through social media. My bodyguard had lodged an FIR at the Bandra police station on April 14 regarding this attack to take my life. I have also come to know that Lawrence Bishnoi and his brother Anmol Bishnoi have taken responsibility for this attack through a Facebook post… Earlier, Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang had talked in an interview about killing me and my family… So I believe that Lawrence Bishnoi carried out this firing with the help of his gang members when my family members were sleeping. In the statement recorded on June 4, Salman had said that he was sleeping when firing took place at home. There was a party at the actor’s house that night. Due to which he slept late at night. However, Salman woke up after hearing the sound of bullets.
