Amitesh Singh told that the second is Shashank Asana in which you have to sit folding both your legs and keeping your toes backwards. After that, exhale and take both the hands forward and place the forehead on the ground. Sit in this asana for some time. The third is Anulom Vilom in which you close the right nostril with the thumb of your hand. Inhale from the left nostril and exhale from the right, you will repeat this process continuously. The fourth is Shavasana in which you have to lie down straight and go into a relaxed mode and close your eyes and stay in this for some time.
