According to the advisory, a number of vulnerabilities have been reported in the operating system, which can be exploited by someone to completely hack your device and expose, steal and disable many sensitive information and services on the target system. “These vulnerabilities exist due to flaws in the Android OS Framework Components, Media Framework Components, System Components, Kernel LTS, MediaTek Components, Qualcomm Components and Qualcomm Closed Source Components,” the advisory further stated. According to the advisory, these vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to gain elevated privileges, expose sensitive information, and cause a denial of service (DoS) state on the target system.
