Affordable smartphone maker Tecno launched the Phantom X smartphone in the global market in June last year. Now this phone is ready to knock in the Indian market. This is the company’s first premium smartphone with a 50MP rear camera and a 48MP selfie shooter. The company claims that the Phantom X is the first phone in the segment to offer a flexible curved AMOLED display. The phone is set to rock the segment with its massive RAM, sleek design, impressive camera and super-fast charging system.
The company also revealed that the futuristic design of the Phantom X has been awarded the prestigious iF Design Award 2022 and is all set to launch in India in the coming weeks. Let’s take a look at the specifications and features of Tecno Phantom X…
This will be the price in India!
According to a new report by PassionateGeekz, the Tecno Phantom X will be available in two color options namely Summer Sunset and Starry Night Blue. The phone will reportedly arrive later this month and will be sold in the same RAM + storage option as the global variant. At the same time, giznext has claimed in its report that the Phantom X will be launched in India next week and the price can be between Rs 20,000 to 25,000.

Features of Tecno Phantom X
The globally launched Tecno Phantom X is built around a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ pixel resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
– The smartphone is equipped with an octa-core Mediatek Helio G95 chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone packs a triple camera setup at the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary, a 13MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. On the front, there is a 48MP + 8MP dual selfie camera module.
– The phone packs a 4700mAh battery, which comes with 33W fast charging support. The company claims that the phone charges from 0 to 70 percent within 30 minutes. The device has a vapor cooling system linked to the chipset, which keeps the handset cool by 3-5º. The smartphone runs on Android 11 out of the box.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS and USB Type-C. As of now, the company has not revealed any exact launch date, but we expect the company to release the teaser soon on its social media handles.
