There will be online arrangement for house and shop lease, lease will be available in 30 days

Jaipur. Now people will not have to visit the offices of urban bodies for house and shop lease in Rajasthan. Bhajan Lal government of the state is going to start online facility for house and shop lease. UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra said that in the coming days we will bring such a transparent scheme in which after applying online for lease in the municipal body area, the lease will be received within 30 days. If someone’s application is rejected then the applicant will be informed with the reason.

The UDH minister said in the assembly on Friday that even after this, if a person feels that his application has been rejected wrongly, then an administrative committee will be formed for him apart from the municipal officials. The applicant will be able to appeal in it. If this committee feels that the applicant’s lease application has been rejected wrongly, then punitive action will be taken against the concerned employee and officer.

If the MLAs have any plan then they can tell us

Before making changes in all policies including the township policy, anyone can give suggestions on it. If the MLAs have any plan regarding the simplification of UD tax, they can tell us.
