In an interview to UK RJ Anushka Arora, she said that Papa passed away in April 2020. Then in January 2021, Tai Ritu and then exactly after a month, Tau Rajiv Kapoor left this world. She said that the last three years have been very difficult for the family, but this is what brought us closer to each other.
Now the Kapoor family is united
Riddhima said that we take care of each other. Now we have come closer to each other than before. Now we call each other every other day. We are on FaceTime. We go to meet each other every day or every other day. At least we know what is happening to us. So this time has definitely brought us closer to each other.
What did Ranbir Kapoor say about his father?
Let us tell you that earlier Ranbir Kapoor also talked about Rishi’s death before the release of his film ‘Animal’. He said that I have lost my father in the last few years and I think anyone who loses their parents always feels that they never spent enough time with them. When I was growing up, my father was very busy. He was shooting most of the time, that too in double shift-triple shift. He used to travel everywhere, so there was not really a friendly relationship between us. We couldn’t just sit and talk and I really regret this in my life. I wish I could have been friends with my father. I wish I could have shared more things with him, this is a regret I always live with.
