A survey conducted by Times Now Veto Exit Polls has predicted that Akhilesh Yadav will be able to win the Karhal seat, a stronghold of SP. On the other hand, SP Singh Baghel will have to face defeat. Exit polls claim that Akhilesh Yadav can get 50-55 per cent vote share in this seat. However, the final result will be known only after the counting of votes on March 10. Even if Akhilesh Yadav wins, the eyes will also be on the margin.

According to a Times Now Veto survey, the BJP alliance is likely to win 225 seats. If the SP alliance can capture 151 seats, then the BSP can be reduced to 14 seats. If Congress has to be satisfied with 9 seats, then 4 seats can go in the account of others. BJP can get 39.38 per cent vote share while SP is expected to get 35.32 per cent votes. BSP can get 13.38 per cent vote share, Congress has been projected to get 7.76 and others 4.2 per cent votes.
