CM Adityanath took oath as a member of the Legislative Assembly in Lucknow on Monday.
According to media reports, in the new system of Yogi government, the selection of staff will be done digitally and ministers will have to choose their staff from the list of candidates. The special thing is that this list has been prepared through computer lottery. Also, the support staff who have worked with any minister in the last five years have not been included in the new list.
Focus on women’s participation
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has also paid attention to increase the participation of women in governance and general administration work. Under this, 20 percent women will be appointed as private secretaries, associate private secretaries, review officers and associate review officers.
It is reported that the final list has also been approved by the CM’s office. The names of the people selected in this list are entered in the code, to make it an unbiased document irrespective of caste or religion. From this list, the minister will be able to choose the staff of his choice.
