Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SubhSP) chief Om Prakash Rajbhar has once again said that there was collusion between Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) in the elections. He has also alleged that BJP fixed BSP tickets for 122 seats in Purvanchal. The SubhaSP chief, who won 6 seats in this election with the SP alliance, said that he also has proof. He has also accused the Congress of helping the BJP.
OP Rajbhar said in a conversation with news agency ANI, “There are 122 seats in Purvanchal on which candidates were decided by sitting in BJP office and symbols were given in BSP office. I can give evidence for this. The parties which were in power 4 times, be it BSP or Congress, supported BJP. Where did their votes go?
Rajbhar further said, “We have decided to review assembly wise. We will try to work on it on the basis of those reports that suggest flaws. The second thing is that the BSP and the BJP got mixed up, which became a big game in UP. It is fixed in the room of former president Amit Shah and the symbol is given to the BSP office.
In 2017, Rajbhar, who became a minister in the Yogi government after contesting with the BJP, later parted ways and contested with the SP alliance in this election. During the election campaign, he had made big claims about victory and even said that Yogi will force Adityanath to beg. There was talk of sending Yogi to Gorakhpur and Modi-Shah to Gujarat. However, after the election results, he said that it was known from the first phase itself that the SP alliance was going to be defeated.
