Before the counting of votes in Uttar Pradesh, once again the opposition, especially the Samajwadi Party, has brought EVMs into question. SP President Akhilesh Yadav has accused EVM theft and pressure on counting rigging. After falling behind in the exit polls, Akhilesh has also linked this to the conspiracy. The SP president has been answered by the minister of the Modi government, SP Baghel, who is challenging him in Karhal as well.
SP Baghel has rubbished Akhilesh’s allegations and asked that if EVM rigging is possible, then why doesn’t BJP form the government even in those states where opposition parties won. He has retaliated by giving examples from Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand to Delhi.

SP Baghel said, “Right now I am able to dare to say one thing, that maybe we are not able to form the government in Punjab. If there was a scam in EVMs, would the Punjab government feel bad for the BJP? We are not formed in Madhya Pradesh, there it is not being formed by EVMs, or in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh or Jharkhand or Delhi for three times, then if something happens in EVMs, will BJP not like to form these governments? ?
What has Akhilesh Yadav said?
