Sreesanth retirement news: S Sreesanth, a member of the 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 World Cup winning Indian team, has announced his retirement from professional cricket. Sreesanth was recently playing for Kerala in the Ranji Trophy. But after the injury he was admitted to the hospital. This time he was not bought by any team in the IPL 20022 auction.
Sreesanth informed about taking retirement from professional cricket on social media. He wrote, ‘To the next generation of cricketers… I have decided to bid farewell to my first class cricket. This decision is my own. Although I know that this will not make me happy. But this is the right time to make this decision in my life. I have enjoyed every moment.’
