A meeting of the Organization of Islamic Countries, an organization of Muslim countries, is being organized in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, on March 22 and 23. Foreign ministers of 48 Muslim countries can participate in this meeting. Pakistan, which has raised the issue of Kashmir in such meetings in the last several years, has once again made similar preparations. Actually, Pakistan has raised this issue many times, but many countries including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates did not even react to it. On this, Imran Khan has also complained that Islamic countries are not supporting Pakistan on the Kashmir issue.
Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that so far the foreign ministers of 48 Muslim countries have agreed to attend the meeting. He said that in this meeting many international issues including Afghanistan, Kashmir, Palestine, Islamophobia will be discussed. Even a few years ago, Pakistan had raised the Kashmir issue in a meeting of Muslim countries, but it did not get attention. On this, along with Turkey, Malaysia, he had threatened countries like Saudi Arabia to form a new organization of Muslim countries.
Islamic organization commented on hijab controversy and hate speech

India’s closeness to Saudi Arabia has increased in the last few years
