Voting on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan in Pakistan will be held on April 3. The discussion on this proposal in the National Assembly will start from March 31. Pakistan’s Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed gave this information on Tuesday. The minister reiterated his support with Prime Minister Imran Khan. Along with this, he also denied the reports about any dispute or differences in the PML-Q to support the ruling party PTI.
Rashid praised the stand of the PML-Q and said that he expected the MQM-P to also support the government. Sheikh Rashid said that the security forces have arrested four terrorists who were harboring nefarious designs. The arrested terrorists will be tried in anti-terrorism courts. According to media reports, he said that the huge crowd in the PM’s rally shows that the whole country is standing with PM Imran Khan.
Explain that after a no-confidence motion against Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan was introduced in the National Assembly with a total of 161 votes, the proceedings were adjourned till March 31. The opposition moved a no-confidence motion against Imran Khan on March 8. The opposition is hopeful that its resolution will be passed as many PTI MLAs have come out openly against Imran Khan.
