Apart from the package of special economic assistance, funds worth more than 58 thousand crore rupees will be given to Bihar in various items. In the first budget, a provision of 26000 crore rupees has been made for laying a network of roads inside Bihar, while 21 thousand crore rupees have been announced for the Pirpainti power plant. While a project of 11 thousand 500 crores has also been announced for flood management. Along with this, a tourism package has also been announced.

Finance Minister nirmala sitharaman He announced that an expressway will be built between Patna and Purnia. He also announced funds for this. Apart from this, he also announced to build a highway between Buxar and Bhagalpur and a highway from Bodh Gaya to Darbhanga via Rajgir Vaishali. This will benefit many districts including Gaya, Nalanda and Darbhanga. At the same time, it was also announced that a two-line bridge will be built on the Ganga river in Buxar.

The finance minister said that Bihar The Government of India will work with Nepal for water to solve the flood problem. A provision of Rs 11500 crore has been made in this budget for flood control in the state. The money will be spent on Kosi intra-state link and 20 other projects. A flood survey will be conducted from Kosi river.

The Finance Minister announced to develop religious tourism by building a corridor on the lines of Kashi Vishwanath between Vishnupad Temple in Gaya and Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya. It was also announced to develop Nalanda as a tourist destination. The central government will provide assistance for this. Rajgir temple will also be developed. The hot water pond will be beautified.

Nirmala Sitharaman said that the central government will promote industrial development in Gaya, Bihar on the Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor, which will accelerate development in the eastern region. The Finance Minister announced that the central government will establish several airport medical colleges and Bharat Infrastructure in Bihar. The announcement of the sites where the new airports and medical colleges will be built is yet to be made.
