Pauri SSP Lokeshwar Singh said that 32-year-old Anil Dhoundiyal had a dispute over something. When his wife tried to intervene, Anil beat her up as well. After this, he repeatedly attacked his mother’s head with a large piece of wood kept in the house. This resulted in the death of the mother.
