Protein Deficiency: There is hardly any part of our body which does not have protein. Protein is the basis of our life in a way. Protein is present in every cell of the body. Therefore, among all the nutrients, we need protein the most every day. An adult human needs 50 to 60 grams of protein every day. To get this much protein, adequate and nutritious food is needed. But most of the people in India are deficient in protein. Due to this, muscle pain, fatigue and weakness are felt all the time. The immune system is also affected by its deficiency. Therefore, never let there be a deficiency of protein in the body.

Signs of protein deficiency

1. Muscle pain – Your muscles are made up of mostly protein. Therefore, when there is a lack of protein, the muscles start aching. Due to this, you will often feel body pain.

2. Weak nails- Due to lack of protein, your nails start becoming weak. Often the nails start breaking. The nails start becoming dull. If this happens, do not take it lightly, contact the doctor and increase the intake of protein-rich food.

3. Excessive hunger- Since protein is present in every part of the body, the deficiency of protein affects the entire body. This leads to weakness. In this condition, one feels very hungry.
