While talking in Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast, Mukesh Chhabra made many revelations. Mukesh Chhabra said- ‘When my career as a casting director started, Sunil Shetty, who is one of the nicest people in Mumbai, had a bungalow at number 160 in Aram Nagar. This was when I cast his daughter Athiya in ‘Hero’. Sunil sir told me why are you working in such a small office? I have a bungalow in Aram Nagar, you take that and work there. I said that I am under a lot of pressure. Then he replied that don’t worry, just keep doing good work.’
He doesn’t boast about the good things he has done: Mukesh
Praising Sunil Shetty, Mukesh Chhabra further said, ‘He is a man who never boasts about the good work he is doing and never tells anyone about it. He gifted me a big bungalow in Aram Nagar. He told me not to worry about the rent. You have done so much for my daughter (Athiya), take this bungalow in return.’

‘After this I started my work there, decorated the new office, designed a new logo and inaugurated the office. When I inaugurated the office, many actors like Rajkumar Rao came. I worked with my close friends and formed a company together. Gradually we reached a position where now we have offices not only in Mumbai but also in Chandigarh, Delhi and London.’
