Who fired the first shot at gangster Anandpal? What does his lawyer say?

Jodhpur. Taking cognizance of the gangster Anandpal encounter case, Jodhpur’s ACJM CBI case court has refused to accept the closure report presented by the CBI. Now, considering the then Churu SP Rahul Barhat, then Additional SP Vidya Prakash Chaudhary, DSP Suryaveer Singh Rathore, RAC Head Constable Kailash, Constable Dharamveer, Sohan Singh and Dharam Pal as prima facie accused, a murder case will be filed against them. Anandpal’s wife Raj Kanwar’s lawyer Bhanwar Singh claims that in the encounter, Anandpal was shot first by Additional SP Vidya Prakash, Kailash and DSP Suryaveer Singh.

Gangster Anandpal was killed in an encounter by SOG in Churu’s Malasar village on 24 June 2017. After that, there was a lot of anger in the Rajput community across the state. After the Rajput community’s anger, the central government handed over the investigation of Anandpal’s case to the CBI. CBI investigated the case and considered the encounter to be correct and submitted the final report to the court. After that, the ACJM CBI case court took cognizance of the case and rejected this report. Now the trial will go on in this case.

More than 200 policemen had surrounded them
Anandpal’s wife’s lawyer Bhanwar Singh said that Anandpal was surrounded by more than 200 policemen at Shravan Singh’s house in Malasar village. He says that the police force was not able to reach Anandpal. On this, the police told Anandpal’s brother Rupendra to go ahead of them so that Anandpal could surrender. Then Rupendra Singh went ahead and asked Anandpal to surrender.

The court considered the closure report’s story suspicious
When Anandpal surrendered, the policemen beat him up. When he stood up, they shot him in the chest. After that, 11 bullets were fired at Anandpal one after the other. A total of 26 injury marks and 11 bullets were found on Anandpal’s body. The ACJM CBI Cases Court has accepted the closure report presented by the CBI in the case, considering it suspicious.
