Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) tweeted on Tuesday, ‘Women’s Asia Cup 2024 is here and entry is free.’ Eight teams are participating in this tournament. These include host Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, UAE, Nepal and Malaysia. Its matches will be played at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.

A total of 15 matches will be played in the Women’s Cricket Asia Cup. These include two semi-finals and a final. India will start its campaign on 19 July (Friday) against arch-rival Pakistan. The Indian team will play three matches in the group stage. After the match against Pakistan, India will face UAE on 21 July (Sunday). The Indian team will face Nepal on 23 July (Tuesday).
