Yogi government posted 3 photos in reply... UP government's reply in Supreme Court in the name plate dispute

New Delhi. The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has filed a reply in the Supreme Court in the Nap Plate dispute. The Yogi government has not only given arguments in the reply but has also submitted evidence in the court. In its reply filed in the court, the UP government has also attached photographs of some food shops on the Kanwar Yatra route in support of its arguments. In the three photographs that the Yogi government has filed in the Supreme Court, it is told that the name of the shopkeeper running the dhaba named ‘Raja Ram Bhoj Family Tourist Dhaba’ is Wasim. The owner of ‘Rajasthani Khalsa Dhaba’ is Furqan. The owner of ‘Pandit Ji Vaishno Dhaba’ is Sanwar Rathore. The government says that misunderstandings regarding food on the Kanwar route have been the reason for fights and tensions in the past as well. To avoid such an unpleasant situation and to ensure that the religious sentiments of millions of devotees carrying the holy water barefoot are not hurt even by mistake, instructions were issued to write the name outside the shop.

The UP government, in its reply to the Supreme Court, said that all religions are taken into consideration in such arrangements. Special arrangements are also made during Eid and Muharram. The UP government filed a reply in the Kanwad Yatra name plate dispute. They said that this decision was taken keeping in mind the religious sentiments of the Kanwadis. Lakhs of people travel with holy water, no mistake should happen to them even by mistake.

The state government has said in its response that even a small confusion can hurt the religious sentiments of the pilgrims. Especially in a sensitive area like Muzaffarnagar. They said that taking food items from any place which is against their religious beliefs can cause trouble and the peace of the entire journey can be affected. It is the government’s responsibility to maintain it. During the last one week, some incidents have been seen on the route of the journey regarding the use of onion and garlic.

The UP government, in its reply to the Supreme Court, said that in some previous incidents, tensions have been created due to misunderstandings about food. The UP government had issued instructions to prevent such situations. These instructions were applicable to all vendors on the Yatra route without any discrimination based on religion, caste or community. Keeping in mind the religious sentiments of the Kanwariyas, these instructions have been issued for transparency in the matter of food consumed by them during the Yatra.

Kanwariyas should know what they are eating and where they are eating? Instructions have been brought to ensure peace, security and transparency in the Kanwar Yatra.
