In Virgo Pujan, a child is worshiped with nine girls. This child is called langur. According to religious beliefs, nine girls are worshiped as a goddess and a child is worshiped as Bhairav Baba. Baba Bhairav is considered the protector of Goddess Durga. Therefore, it is mandatory to feed a child during the Virgo Pujan.

In many houses, two children along with nine girls are also included during Virgo Pujan. Devotees worship a child as Baba Bhairav Nath and one as Lord Ganesha. In Hinduism, Lord Ganesha is considered the first revered deity. Therefore, two boys are included in Virgo Pujan.
Do not make these mistakes during girl worship
Satvik food should be served during Virgo Pujan. Onion and garlic food should not be prepared. The food brought from the market should not be served to the girl. No boy should be discriminated against. Black clothes should not be worn and the girl and the boy should be given Dakshina after worship.
