Patna, October 14 (IANS). JDU’s working national president Sanjay Kumar Jha termed the news of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s displeasure after seat sharing in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar Assembly elections as baseless and said that the people of the opposition are spreading rumours.
JDU’s national working president Sanjay Kumar Jha said that the opposition knows that they have been defeated in the election field. The opposition is sitting and spreading rumors and planting stories. He said that the opposition should fight in the election field. He clearly denied any displeasure towards Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said that he is happy and ready to campaign for NDA in the election field.
He also said that the party’s national president Nitish Kumar is keeping an eye on everything and he is taking decisions after talking to the people himself. He is also talking to big leaders of BJP and only then any decision is taken. He clearly said that discussion is going on regarding which party will contest on which seat in NDA and information about this will also be given soon. We will contest elections under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. Taking aim at the opposition, he said that anyone is saying anything.
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s displeasure regarding seat distribution in NDA had come to light. Earlier, NDA has announced seat sharing on Sunday. Under this division, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s party Janata Dal United and Bharatiya Janata Party will contest elections on 101 seats each, while Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s party LJP (Ram Vilas) has got 29 seats. Former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) and Rajya Sabha member Upendra Kushwaha’s Rashtriya Lok Morcha have got six seats each.
