New Delhi, October 20 (IANS). Apple CEO Tim Cook on Monday wished people celebrating Diwali around the world by sharing a photo taken by an Indian photographer with the new iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Cook shared a ‘stunning’ Diwali picture captured by Mumbai-based photographer Apeksha Makar on social media platform X.
He wrote, “Happy Diwali to everyone celebrating Diwali across the world! Thanks to Apeksha Makar for sharing this amazing photo taken with the iPhone 17 Pro Max.”
Apeksha is the co-founder of House of Pixels and a celebrity photographer. She works to bridge the gap between commercial and conceptual photography.
Apeksha says that with the new iPhone, shoot as much as you can on the go, taking advantage of the powerful tools in your pocket.
According to him, the new iPhone 17 series can capture the beautiful moments of life in any kind of light.
While giving tips to take good shots, she says that to take the best shot, first tap on focus and adjust the exposure by pressing and moving your finger up or down.
Meanwhile, Indian experts recently shared some professional tips for clicking photographs of the festival of lamps and candles, Diwali, using the iPhone 17 series.
Photographer Bobby Roy said that Diwali pictures can be clicked using the night mode of the iPhone 17 series.
“Using the 48MP HEIF Max, you can capture the fine textures of lights and festive décor in the best quality on iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max,” he said.
He told that the cinematic mode can also be used for other beautiful moments like lighting of lamps, the best clips of Diwali. All the lenses of iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max have a photonic engine, which handles low light well, thereby maintaining details in the photos.
Another photographer Porus Vimdalal advised to zoom in 2x or 4x for portraits.
“This naturally compresses the background and makes faces look more realistic. Tap to focus then reduce the exposure slightly. Especially in bright settings, reducing the exposure will add subtle highlights and give you a cinematic look,” he said.
