Colours, emotions and creativity flourished in Panaji, Goa as the Global Competence Photo Contest (GAPC) took center stage at the International Purple Fest 2025. India’s largest disability inclusion festival, the fourth edition of GAPC celebrated the creativity of disabled artists from around the world and showed that the language of art transcends boundaries. The exhibition featured 25 stunning photographs, selected from the third and fourth editions of GAPC. Each photograph was like a window, showing the world through the eyes of artists from India, Canada, Nepal, Singapore, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, Slovakia, Brazil and the UK. These photographs proved that art is determined by ability, not incompetence. Youth4Jobs – Not Just This art exhibition was organized in India in partnership with the United Nations and UNESCO.
