According to the latest SEOC’s latest status report, a total of 866 roads were blocked across the state till the morning of September 7, 2025. It includes three national highways: NH-03, NH-05 and NH-305. Roads are the most affected district in the state in terms of blocking, after which Mandi and Shimla are located. The highest number of roads in Mandi and Shimla, after which 225 roads were interrupted in Kulu district, in 191 and 191 in Mandi district. 154 roads were affected. The main cause of these obstacles is heavy rainfall.

Electricity supply has also been badly affected, where 1,572 distribution transformers (DTRs) have deteriorated. Kullu district has been the most affected, where 873 DTRs have deteriorated, followed by 259 in Mandi and 142 DTRs in Lahaul and Spiti (L&S).
