New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit three countries Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman between 15th and 18th December next week. This visit of Modi will further strengthen India’s partnership with the Middle East and African countries. Modi will start his tour from Jordan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on December 15 and 16 at the invitation of King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein. This visit of Prime Minister Modi is taking place on the 75th year of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Jordan. Modi and King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein will review India-Jordan diplomatic relations during the bilateral meeting.

After this, Prime Minister Modi will be on Ethiopia tour from 16 to 17 December. This will be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Ethiopia since 2011. Here Modi will have bilateral talks with Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abi Ahmed Ali. PM Modi: This visit will help in strengthening India-Ethiopia cooperation in many areas like economy, trade, culture and people-to-people contacts of the two countries. On the economic front, the focus is expected to be on diversifying trade, enhancing connectivity and identifying new investment opportunities in infrastructure, IT, mining, agriculture and manufacturing.

After this, finally, PM Modi will visit Oman on 17 and 18 December 2025 on the invitation of the Head of State of the Sultanate of Oman, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said. This is Prime Minister Modi’s second visit to the Sultanate of Oman after February 2018. This visit is very important as India and Oman are together celebrating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Prime Minister Modi will comprehensively review the entire gamut of bilateral relations with the Sultan of Oman and will also discuss regional and international issues of mutual interest. Modi will also address the Indian community in Oman.
