Bayana Last night, the thieves targeted the cables and starters of the motors of many farmers in the village Chakwichi of Birampura Gram Panchayat of the subdivision. The thieves escaped by stealing about 9 borewell motors wires and starter from the village fields.
According to the information received, this theft incident was carried out at night when farmers were sleeping in their homes. The aggrieved farmers have registered a case in the lake post after finding out the theft this morning.
In this theft incident, farmers whose motors and cables have been stolen are as follows: Naresh Chand Dhakad son Dori Lal, Bharat son Dori Lal, Lalchand son Shivram Dhakad, Kailashi Ram son Mr. Charan Singh, Sher Singh son Mr. Charan Singh, Gyan Singh son Bachu Singh, Damodar son Ratan Singh, and three other farmers whose motors have also been taken.
Farmers say that such incidents are increasing continuously, due to which there is fear and resentment among the villagers. Lack of night patrolling in the area and ignoring security measures are believed to be the reason for this.
The police have registered a case and started investigation. Police say that the thieves will soon be identified and arrested. At the same time, the villagers have demanded the administration to strengthen the security system.
