Chudachandpur. PM Narendra Modi visited Manipur after Mizoram on Saturday. After reaching Imphal by the aircraft due to bad weather, PM Modi first went to Chudachandpur, a cookie dominated area. In Chudachandpur, PM Modi laid the foundation stone of thousands of crores of projects. He then addressed the public meeting. PM Modi made many big announcements for Manipur. He said that we promise that they are with the people of Manipur. The PM said that the Government of India is with the people of Manipur. This is the first visit of PM Modi after incidents of violence in Manipur.

PM Modi said that the government is making all efforts to bring people’s lives back on track in Manipur. He announced that 7000 new houses will be built for homeless families in Manipur’s violence. Also, PM Modi announced to sanction a package of 3000 crores for the state. Apart from this, the central government has also made special provision of Rs 500 crore. PM Modi said that Manipur is a state adjacent to the border. Connectivity has always been a big challenge here. PM Modi said in his address that since 2014, he has been emphasized to work for connectivity in Manipur. He said that two levels were set for this. The first was increased manifold to the railway line in Manipur. Second, apart from cities, the work of transporting roads to villages was emphasized. PM Modi encouraged the people of Manipur. He said that the land of Manipur is a land of spirits and courage. Modi said that it is a symbol of the hard work of the people living on the mountains. Despite heavy rains, he also thanked the people for reaching a large number of public meeting. Let us know that violence between Kuki Joe and Maetai community started in Manipur from 3 May 2023. To hold the violence, PM Modi removed the NDA government and imposed President’s rule in Manipur. He also sent home minister Amit Shah earlier.
