On Saturday afternoon, a speeding container truck collided with two auto-rickshaws loaded with passengers on Nagla Chandan Jalesar Road in Khandauli police station area of Agra, in which six people died and six others were injured. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Agra West) Aditya said that this tragic incident took place today in Khandauli police station area, where a container truck collided head-on with two auto-rickshaws.
He said that in this tragic incident, six people died and six others were injured and are undergoing treatment. DCP said, “An incident occurred today in which a container truck collided with two auto-rickshaws loaded with passengers. In this accident, six people died and six others were injured. The injured are undergoing treatment. The container truck and its driver have been arrested and legal action is underway against them…” An investigation into the incident has been initiated and further information is awaited.
