The tenth chapter of Srimad Bhagavatam is considered by the saints. When God incarnates and becomes a human being, they have to accept worldly disdain, yet it does not reduce the grace of God, because they are Sat, Chit and Akhandananda. His blissful form is never fragmented, whether he comes as Rama or as a Krishna.
There is a strange story in this chapter of Srimad Bhagavatam in which God is accused. The bizarre thing is that they try to wash the allegation from a worldly point of view. It is a great education for all of us that the allegations should be prevented not by intelligence, but with evidence and character. Sri Krishna leaves Mathura for Leela and establishes a new kingdom in Dwarka and introduces his actions.
After the death of Jarasandha, once it seemed that now Shri Krishna will live happily as the king of Dwarka, but Jarasandha, in the form of worldly defects, keeps chasing not only the worldly people but also God. There is no such good name of any illustrious saint in the world that people with maladies and mischiefs should not be tied to the sharp arrows of blasphemy.
Lord Surya pleased with the worship of his devotee Satrajit and gave him a gem named Syamantak. King Satrajit became arrogant after receiving gold every day. Shri Krishna said that you give this gem to Ugrasen, but due to greed he did not listen to God.
The purpose of Shri Krishna was the welfare of the people. Ugrasen received financial assistance daily for the state-administration by receiving the gold received from Mani. Those who use devotion for personal benefits do not like God’s words.
Man who loves himself, he loves. The same happened here. Satrajit’s younger brother Prasoon put that gem around the neck and rode on a horse and went to visit the forest. A lion stole Mani by killing Prasoon and horse. Before the lion moved to the cave, Rishi Jambwan stole Singh and stole the gem and gave it to the children to play.
When Prasoon did not return to the palace, Satrajit accused Krishna of killing Prasoon in the greed of Mani. However, this was a false accusation. If the proposal of Shri Krishna had been accepted and Mani had been given to Ugrasen, neither Prasoon would die, nor horse, nor lion, but fate was something else.
When there was a discussion in Dwarka, Dayalu Shri Krishna along with some of his dignitaries set out in the forest in search of Prasoon. Seeing the claws of a lion in the forest, he understood that Singh had killed Prasoon and the horse. Before entering a dark cave, Shri Krishna asked his comrades to wait outside the cave and alone entered that dark cave alone. When they went in, they saw some children playing with Syamantak Mani. Seeing the unknown Shri Krishna, Jambwan’s wife screamed and Jambwan came out.
The battle of Shri Krishna and Jambwan lasted for 28 days. Finally, Jambwan’s body was disintegrated by the attack of Shri Krishna’s powerful box, then he suddenly got knowledge of the form of God, just as Lankini had known the form and history of Lankini, similarly from the attack of Hanuman’s box. Jambavanji said that you are definitely our Lord Shri Ram, who has appeared in the form of Shri Krishna at this time.
Just as all the water creatures of the sea appeared on the beach to see the Bhuvanmohan form of God and your entire army easily crossed the sea and reached Lanka, you are the same Ram. The Lord touched his body with his soft karmals and removed his suffering.
Jambavanji took Shyamantak Mani in his hand and dedicated the hand of his supreme beauty daughter Jambavati to Lord Krishna. The offering of Jambavati is the stage of the life of the devotee when he understands the limits of his power of power and dedicates himself by offering his most beloved creation to the Bhakti Mani in the Bhakti Mani of Jambavati.
On the other hand, Krishna’s loved ones kept waiting outside the cave for 12 days and returned to Dwarka with a sad heart. On hearing the news of Shri Krishna not coming out of the cave, the entire Dwarka including Vasudev, Devaki, Rukminiji became bereaved. As a result of the worship of the goddess, Shri Krishna returned to Jambavati with a gem. When Syamantak Mani was returned to Satrajit, the head of Satrajit bent with shame.
To overcome this sin, he offered his daughter Satyabhama to the Lord and was blessed. If the Satyajit also started returning the Syamantak Mani, Shri Krishna said – No, you should wear this offerings of the sun, but I should give them the gold given to them. It is the generosity of God that he accepts a little gold despite being the lord of fourteen worlds and protects the Satrajit from the inhalation. All the works of God are only for the ultimate welfare of the devotees.
Satyabhama and Jambavati are the devotional gems of the devotee of devotees who are dear to God. When Lord Rama took a prestigious incarnation in Tretayuga, Bali gave up his ego at the feet of God and offered his son Angad’s hand to the hands of God.
When Lord Krishna incarnated Leela in Dwapar, God accepted the devotional gem of the devotee’s heart. God accepts the emotions, not the body. When Tretayuga has an iconic avatar, they remove the ego and Mamta of the devotee. By accepting devotion and emotions, God enters the heart of the devotee. It removes attachment and ego. This incident has a mysterious meaning.
