Now two flights are being operated daily on this route, which will make the travel easier for the passengers.

What is the update on flights between Dubai and Tel Aviv?
Flights on the Toronto-Dubai route will remain completely closed till April 30, 2026. After reviewing the situation, services are expected to resume from May 1, 2026. Flights from Toronto to Tel Aviv have also been suspended till May 2, 2026. The airline has asked affected passengers not to go to the airport and wait to be contacted directly through email or message.
How will Indian travelers get the benefit?
Due to closure of Dubai route, Air Canada has turned its focus towards India. Now two flights will run from Toronto to Delhi every day. This facility will continue till the end of April 2026. For passengers going from Toronto to Mumbai, the company is now using bigger aircraft so that more people can travel. Round-trip fares to Delhi in May 2026 are starting around $1,615 CAD.
What are the rules for ticket refund and rebooking?
If you had taken a ticket to Dubai or any city in the Middle East on or before 28 February 2026, you can change your date for free till 31 March 2026. Passengers whose flights have been canceled by the airline will get full refund. If passengers wish, they can also book their tickets on flights on other routes without any extra charge.
