New Delhi. An FIR has been lodged by a woman in Darbhanga against four leaders of the opposition’s grand alliance, including former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. It is alleged that in the name of filling the form of My Bahin scheme, women were charged 200 rupees. Also, the woman has also said that women’s Aadhaar number, bank account number and mobile number were also taken for this scheme, which can be misused. The woman who has filed a complaint is named Gudiya Devi. The police is currently investigating the case.
Apart from Tejashwi Yadav, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Yadav, former MLA and RJD leader Rishi Mishra and former Congress candidate Mascur Ahmed Usmani are also named in the FIR. The woman has alleged that through the Mai Bahin scheme, innocent women are being cheated in the name of leaders. Sinhwada police station in -charge Basant Kumar has confirmed the FIR being registered. The police is investigating whether in the name of filling the form of Mai Bahin scheme, women have been charged with women or Tejashwi Yadav and other leaders under political conspiracy.
Let us tell you that Tejashwi Yadav has announced the Mai Bahin scheme before Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. If the RJD government is formed, then under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 2500 has been said to financially weak women in the state.
