Jasim alias Chhotu, the devil who raped and then murdered his own niece in Tila Mod area, was sent to hell by the police in an encounter near Banthala Canal. This brute, carrying a reward of Rs 50,000, opened fire on the police while trying to escape, but he himself was killed in retaliation. DCP Dhawal Jaiswal made it clear that the criminals will be punished for their actions in the same manner. The SWAT team has been awarded a reward for this courageous act.
