On Sunday morning, there was chaos in Shivnandanpur village under Sultanganj police station in Bhagalpur district of Bihar, when a young man, upset by the news of his girlfriend’s marriage, climbed a mobile tower. According to the villagers, the young man had climbed the tower at around 4:00 in the morning. He was continuously talking to the people sitting above on his mobile phone. The youth has been identified as Arun Kumar, a resident of Purnia, while his girlfriend is said to be from West Bengal.
