Jaipur Former IAS Ramavatar Meena is now in a new role. On the first day of the establishment of Navratri, he has established an institution called Parable. The main objective of this institution is to conserve, expand and develop ancient Indian culture. At the same time, ancient and ancient culture, civilization is to be considered. Meena said that the purpose of the institution will also be to propagate and propagate modern education, technical education and scientific thinking. Apart from this, Indian life system, Indian values will also be promoted among the youth. The institution will also work in the field of education especially in the field of girl education. At the same time, while playing its social responsibility, the organization will also work for women, disabled, children and old people and destitute people.
He informed that apart from this, propagating constitutional values, especially fundamental rights and basic duties will be expanded to the common man. Also, working for rural development, will work for the upliftment of the poor. Along with environmental protection, the institution will also promote government schemes. At the same time, Indian religion, philosophy, spirituality will also be considered.
Former IAS Ramavatar Meena said that a seminar, conference, publication, literary work will be done to fulfill these objectives.

Ramavatar Meena was born on 6 August 1965 in village Jeevali, Gangapurcity (District Sawai Madhopur). After coming out of an ordinary rural environment, he made education his weapon and achieved high achievements like Honors, MA, MPhil in political science. Apart from this, he also studied intense in public administration and journalism.
In the year 1996, he came to the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) and made a distinct identity in departments like rural development, women and child welfare, social justice while holding various responsible positions.
In the year 2021, he received promotion in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He then served in important posts like Scheduled Caste Development Corporation Managing Director, ICDS Director, JCTSL Managing Director, Jhunjhunu District Collector and Finally Commissioner, Departmental Investigation.
