Meta is preparing to make its platform more premium. According to reports, ‘Meta One’ subscription support may soon be added to WhatsApp, which will allow users to use premium features on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook through a single plan. The company may introduce two new plans: ‘Meta One Plus’ and ‘Meta One Premium’. These plans may include features like AI tools and the ability to create images and videos.
**Hints of Meta One plan found in WhatsApp**
According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is preparing to add Meta One subscription directly to its Android app. This feature was seen in WhatsApp beta version 2.26.23.10 for Android. The report states that users who subscribe to the Meta One plan will not only get the benefits of ‘WhatsApp Plus’, but will also get access to some premium features of Facebook and Instagram under the same subscription. Meta had announced the Meta One initiative in May 2026 and these plans have been testing since then. Recent signals from WhatsApp have further strengthened the possibility of its launch.
**AI tools can be found in Meta One Plus**
Leaked information suggests that the ‘Meta One Plus’ plan may be priced at around €6.99 (approximately ₹700) per month. Apart from the benefits of ‘WhatsApp Plus’, this plan can also give users access to Meta’s AI-powered image and video creation tools. This means that users will be able to create images and videos directly using Meta’s AI system. The company aims to provide a consistent experience across its social media and messaging platforms, so that users do not have to buy separate subscriptions for different services.
**Advanced AI features will be available in premium plan**
According to reports, the ‘Meta One Premium’ plan may cost around €20.99 (approximately ₹2,200) per month. One month free trial can also be given with this plan. Meta One Premium will have all the features of Meta One Plus, but it can also include advanced reasoning capabilities, AI features to better understand complex prompts, higher AI usage limits, and more credits for creating images and videos. This will provide additional benefits to content creators, professional users and those who use AI tools extensively. Although Meta has not yet officially announced these plans, their appearance in the beta version has raised hopes of their soon launch.
