Ahmedabad, 23 September (IANS). The 10th Ayurveda Day is being organized by the Ministry of AYUSH. In this sequence, the program was organized at the Vizal Ayurveda Research Institute in Ahmedabad. During this time people were informed about the benefits of Ayurveda.
On the occasion of Ayurveda Day, for the “Ayurveda people, for the people, the welfare of the Earth”, he informed about the benefits of Ayurveda, including 23 nutritious cuisine competition. Lectures were also organized for the people.
Assistant Director in charge of Ayurveda Department, Dr. Kiran Vinayak Kale said that this year’s theme “Ayurveda for People and Planet” has been held. The purpose of this theme is to promote not only humans but also the welfare of animal, agriculture and complete nature.
Kale said that Ayurveda is Science of Life, that is, what we should do to stay healthy during many activities from the birth of man to his death is written in Ayurveda. He wished Ayurveda Day on behalf of the institute. Dr. Kale said, “Ayurveda is not just medical practice, but is the science of living life.
He said that the basic principle of Ayurveda is “Healthy Health Protection, Antuisian Vicurd Prashaman”, that is, our aim is to protect the health of a healthy person and if he gets a disease then the patient’s disorders are to be prevented. Our aim is to be healthy in their lifetime. Ayurveda is also used for creation. Our institution has successfully celebrated Ayurveda Day.
Lectures were organized for the general public on Ayurveda Day. Distribution and exhibition of medicinal plants was organized. The organizers said that the institute aims to motivate all people for longevity and healthy life.
