New Delhi, July 18 (IANS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Chief Ministers of Gujarat and Assam have congratulated Union Railways, Information and Broadcasting and Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on his birthday.
