New Delhi, July 22 (IANS). The condition of a 21-year-old girl who was seriously injured in the clash during the protest at Jantar Mantar is now stable. This information was given by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) in his health bulletin on Wednesday.
The health bulletin said that a 21-year-old girl, who was seriously injured in a protest-related incident, is undergoing treatment at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital in New Delhi. Good improvement has been seen in her condition. She has been successfully extubated (removed from the ventilator) and is now breathing on her own. She is conscious and responding correctly to instructions. MRI of his brain and spinal cord is normal.
His condition has been continuously improving since the beginning of the treatment and he is receiving complete medical care under the strict supervision of the treating team. At present, she is the only patient admitted to RML Hospital in connection with this incident. They are being provided necessary treatment and constant monitoring facilities.
It is noteworthy that Delhi Police has so far registered 10 FIRs in connection with the violent clashes that took place during the march of ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ (CJP) to Parliament. Police informed that these FIRs have been registered in various incidents that took place during the protest and in matters related to law and order.
According to the police, four FIRs have been registered at Sansad Marg police station and three FIRs at CP police station in cases related to CJP protest. Apart from this, one FIR each has been registered in Mandir Marg, Barakhamba Road and Kat Path police stations. One of these FIRs pertains to flying a drone without permission during the Parliament session in the New Delhi area, which is a high-security zone. Delhi Police said that an FIR has also been registered in the case of attack on RAF jawan. In the viral video, some people were seen beating the RAF jawan.
