Sameer Wankhede, a zonal director of NCB in Mumbai, has alleged in the defamation case that The Bads of Bollywood has false, derogatory and malicious content. The purpose of which is to harm their reputation. Aryan Khan has directed this web series. Red Chili’s The Bads of Bollywood is being shown on Netflix.

The episode shows that the NCB officer arrives to raid a Bollywood party. In the web series, the face and gesture of that officer are also similar to Sameer Wankhede. Sameer Wankhede arrested Aryan Khan from Cardeline Cruise Ship. It was alleged that drugs were recovered from Aryan Khan. Aryan Khan had to stay in jail in this case.
