New Delhi, July 27 (IANS). Realme, a popular smartphone brand among the youth, announced several important achievements through its P series. This indicates the company’s strong comeback and increasing hold in the Indian smartphone market.
Backed by its focused product strategy, realme’s P series has performed brilliantly on Flipkart and has become one of the fastest growing smartphone series in the country.
According to Flipkart data, the P series was the fastest growing smartphone series on the platform in the first half of 2026 and reached the second position in terms of market share.
From July 1, 2026 to now, realme’s P series has been the best-selling smartphone series on Flipkart by sales volume, reflecting strong consumer demand and ever-growing popularity.
Realme also strengthened its position across various price smartphone segments on Flipkart during the first half of 2026. The company stood first in the Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 category, while being among the top three brands in terms of market share in the Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 and Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 categories. This shows that realme continues to provide great value to various consumer segments.
The impact of the strong performance of the P series was visible across the market as well. According to Counterpoint Research, while India’s total smartphone market declined by 10 percent in Q2 2026, Realme further strengthened its position and maintained a double-digit market share of 10 percent. It was 9.6 percent in the same period last year.
This performance shows that the company’s strategy of streamlined product line and better utilization of resources was effective, allowing realme to outperform the overall industry despite challenging market conditions.
