The 30 -share BSE Sensex opened at 80,588 with a gain of over 100 points. The edge in Eternal, Reliance and Infosys helped the index to start positively. At 9:20 am it was trading at 80,465.88 with a gain of 39.42 points or 0.05 percent. Similarly, the Nifty-50 of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) also opened firmly at 24,728. However, it declined shortly after. At 9:20 am, it was trading at 24,680 with 25.55 points or 0.10 percent at 24,680.
Global market
Talking about the global markets, foreign investors are waiting for Britain’s money supply data, economic perception of the Euro sector and the data of JGB procurement program of Japan. The Australian Reserve Bank is also starting its two -day policy meeting today. On the domestic front, investors are waiting for industrial production and manufacturing data.
The Asian markets were introduced on Monday. Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 increased 0.43 percent. South Korea’s Kopi rose 1.05 percent, while Japan’s Kopi 225 index fell 0.68 percent.
The major US stock markets closed up on Friday after the US inflation data remained roughly stable. S&P 500 closed down 0.59 percent. Nasdaq composite rose 0.44 percent and Dow Jones Industrial Average 0.65 percent.
Activities of Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) and Domestic Institutional Investors (DII)
Foreign institutional investors (FII) sold shares worth ₹ 5,564.75 crore on Friday. Meanwhile, domestic institutional investors (DII) bought shares worth ₹ 5,599.84 crore.
IPO information
Today, three new public issues (POs) will be launched in the major IPOs: Glotis IPO, Fabtech Technologies IPO and Om Freight Forwarders IPO. Jain Resource Recycling IPO, BMW Ventures IPO and EPAC Prefab Technologies IPO are expected to be allocated today. Shares of Ganesh Consumer Products IPO and Atlanta Electricals IPO will be listed on the stock exchange today.
Pace Digitec IPO will open for subscription on the second day today, while Jinnakushal Industries IPOs and Truult Bio -organism will be open for subscription on the last day.
Six new offers will be seen in SME IPO today: Cerobles, Dhillon Freight Career, Suba Hotels, Om Metallosic, Vijaypid Suticals and Sodhani Capital. Tales Projects, Earcart, Gujarat Peanut and Agri Products and Cheaterbox Technologies IPOs will be open for subscription on the last day.
Tata Capital IPO
Big news for investors waiting for Tata Capital IPO. The company has finalized the details of its IPO of its ₹ 15,511 crore (₹ 15,511 crore). The price of this issue has been fixed at the band ₹ 310 to ₹ 326 per share. The IPO will open for application on 6 October and investors can apply by 8 October. The lot size of Tata Capital IPO is of 46 equity shares, that is, each lot will have 46 shares.
50 percent of the IPO is reserved for eligible institutional buyers (QIB). At least 15 percent of the share is reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and at least 35 percent for retail investors. In addition, 12 lakh equity share are reserved for employees.
Commodity update
Oil prices declined on Monday morning. Brent crude fell 0.94% to $ 69.47 per barrel, while US WTI crude fell 1% to $ 65.08 per barrel.
