New Delhi, 29 September (IANS). Milk is as important as food for the body. It is necessary to consume milk from children to elders, but some children are reluctant to drink milk or due to lactose intolerance (allergies caused by dairy products).
In such a situation, there is a possibility of many types of disorders in the body of children. Milk contains protein, plenty of calcium and B12. If children do not drink milk, they may have bone problems, some skin problems, muscle weakness, immunity and stomach disorders.
In such a situation, children can be fulfilled calcium and protein through other things instead of milk. Lentils are the main source of our food, and pulses are rich in protein, in such a situation, children can feed them things made of pulses instead of milk. For this, green moong dal, lentils, and black and white gram can be used mainly. Whole pulses can be granted and given to children in the form of chaat, or lentils and gram kebabs can also be made.
Dried dry fruits are also a treasure of protein and calcium. Almonds, walnuts, chia seeds and melon seeds contain minerals and omega-3. Walnuts contain the most omega-3, which is good for muscle development and brain development.
Milk substances also fulfill the supply of protein and calcium. Instead of milk, cheese, chhena, and curd can be consumed. Raita and cheese parathas can also be made along with yogurt and vegetables for children. Milk shortage can also be met with the help of some Ayurvedic herbs. Herbs like Ashwagandha Churna, Bala and Asparagus act as milk. They have the strength to strengthen muscles and bones.
In addition, non -vegetarian preferred eggs and fish can also supply it. Chicken and mutton are also rich in protein, but give such diets to children in small amounts as their digestive system works slow.
