Ayodhya, immortal thoughts. The pilgrims of Ayodhya Dham 84 Kosi Parikrama Yatra reached the historical and mythological religious place Suryakund of Rampur Bhagan Unch village on Tuesday morning. Regarding the importance of Parikrama, director Govind Das Ji Maharaj told that Lord Ram was born in Ayodhya, hence the circumambulation of the entire 84 kos classical limit of Avadh Dham is done with Sitaram Sankirtan.
Told that this parikrama starts from Ayodhya on Kartik Purnima from Makhauda Dham. This parikrama, which will last for 22 days, will start from 5th November and will be completed by reaching Makhoda on 27th November. Night rest is scheduled at Rampur Bhagan, the sixth stop of this parikrama.
Mahant told that 400 saints, Mahants and householders are involved in the parikrama. Balram Yadav, Brijesh, Rajkishore Sharma, Arjun Yadav, Muneshwar Chaurasia and others were among those who served the devotees participating in the parikrama.
