After consecration, now flag hoisting... 37 years resolution fulfilled, said VHP in-charge

Ayodhya, immortal thoughts. By hoisting the flag on the peak of Ram temple, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will fulfill the resolution taken 37 years ago. On 30 October and 2 November 1990, Karsevaks had climbed the disputed structure and hoisted the saffron flag to liberate the temple of Lord Shri Ram. During this period, thousands of Kar Sevaks were shot under the orders of the present Mulayam Singh government to open fire. Even today, those streets of Ayodhya remind us of the martyred Kar Sevaks.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s provincial media in-charge Sharad Sharma said these things on Thursday. Said that those memories have been preserved even today in the temple construction workshop. Which includes the picture of the Kothari brothers and things related to the movement. After the construction of a grand temple on the birthplace, Ayodhya is celebrating the 37th anniversary of the firing incident. Lakhs of devotees are dancing in faith and celebrating the festival on the same roads of Ayodhya which were deserted between 30 October and 2 November 1990. But everyone still remembers this date. In which Kothari brothers and thousand Karsevaks had made sacrifices. And today we will fulfill the resolution made at the same place.

He told that after the October 30 incident, curfew was imposed in Ayodhya, but the Kar Sevaks did not lose courage and then on November 2, they entered the Janmabhoomi complex, climbed the disputed structure and started waving the saffron flag. During this time, on the orders given by the present government, Ramesh Pandey and the two brothers of the Kothri family who had climbed the dome were shot. We always remember this day and on 2nd November, tribute will also be paid at the Martyr Memorial built at Digambar Akhara.

Said that to fulfill his resolve, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to hoist the flag on 25th November. For this, the disputed structure and ruins were demolished by Kar Sevaks on 6 December 1992. On which a grand temple has been constructed. Where Lord Shri Ramlala is present on the ground floor and Ram is present in the form of a court on the first floor.
